THANK YOU to everyone who has supported our annual gift days in previous years: without your support St Andrew’s would be in a much poorer condition than it is today.
During the last 12 months we have been able to complete the first stage of the organ restoration. The pipes are now repaired and the keyboard easier to play. This year we plan to use your gifts to restore the bellows.
Please do come along to the Church Hall on Saturday 12th October and we’ll be delighted to explain why we’re here and what we hope to do with your gifts to ensure that St Andrew’s can continue to serve future generations in Langford.
TEA AND COFFEE will be served along with a sale of St Andrew’s souvenirs, home produce, cakes and books.
FLYERS WITH COLLECTION ENVELOPES have been distributed throughout the village: please use one of those envelopes for your donation, and if you pay income tax, please consider gift-aiding your donation by completing your details on the envelope. This will allow us to reclaim the tax you’ve paid: at no extra cost to you, a gift-aided donation of £10 becomes £12.50 whilst £100 becomes £125!
IF YOU’RE UNABLE to join us on the day, please deliver your envelope to The Vicarage (65 Church Street, Langford) or contact us for other options. Details of church opening times and our regular service schedule may be found on the St Andrew's homepage and our Services and Events page.
